Fiber arts is an important tradition in my family, and I'm excited to share in the craft of my mother, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and other women in my family.
If you see a crocheted or loom-knitted piece you'd be interested in purchasing, I'd be happy to take a commission. Prices are frequently negotiable, although if I've determined the price for an item in advance, it will be listed under the item. Note that the listed price would be for using similar fibers as the ones I used. If you want some other kind of fiber, I will just add the difference in price from the original fiber to the new one.
Orders over $25 may require a deposit.
Since I do have some schoolwork-related time constraints, I only accept a manageable number of orders at a time.
I am sort of bad at keeping up with messages on this site - so the best way to discuss a commission is to contact me at edenton at gmail dot com.
Suggested projects: amigurumi, pet blankets, hats, scarves, hair accessories, fingerless gloves, doilies, chokers, earrings, and other lace. These items make great gifts - and with a little planning, show that you've paid a great deal of attention to someone's tastes.
Please note that while my residence is cat- and dog- free, I do occasionally work on projects at my parents' house, where there are cats. If you have an allergy let me know and I will avoid taking your project to their house. All environments are smoke-free.
